Passing Ships is a project uniting two of Greece’s most exciting talents: soprano Aphrodite Patoulidou and guitarist Dimitris Soukaras.

Together, they explore and arrange new repertoire for voice and guitar in unexpected ways – where sound meets silence, and tradition meets contemporary expression, creating new stories.

Passing Ships – the people we meet, like passing ships, carry with them music, cultures, scents, and images. Through these encounters, we travel to distant or forgotten places, as if we’ve known them through those we meet.
